Working with a trainer and nutritionist will give you the best opportunity to achieve your goals. Team up with people at a similar level and let the energy drive you to success! Throughout 8 weeks you will work directly with a nutrition expert and wellness coach to devise a personalized nutrition plan (including a 7-day meal plan for the entire 8 weeks) and workout with a small group of 6 together with your personal trainer to build functional strength, lose weight, and boost energy.
